Most people should be aware that, the key to getting pregnant is ovulation. By understanding when you ovulate you will help increase your chances of becoming pregnant. This can be a simple process or a bit tricky depending on your body and your fertility signals.
Your body provides you with a wealth of information regarding your fertility every month. Most of us are not trained to listen to these signals. But by listening to your signals, you will be able to increase your chances of conception. This is not difficult or time consuming. The side benefit is that it's very inexpensive and can answer many questions about your cycle and your chances of conception.

First is to understand what Ovulation is all about. Ovulation take's place when a mature egg is released from the ovary, pushed down the fallopian tube, and is available to be fertilized. The lining of the uterus has thickened to prepare for a fertilized egg. If no conception occurs, the uterine lining as well as blood will be shed. The shedding of an unfertilized egg and the uterine wall is the time of menstruation.
