Lifestyle during pregnancy

Lifestyle during pregnancy

Postby Sarah11 on 20 Oct 2015, 21:42

Hi! It was impossible to get pregnant for me. So my family decided to find an egg donor. When I said my family I meant that it was not just my decision, but my husband’s and our children. We’ve already got two sons. We wanted to find a clinic with the best base of donors. We were searching for a long time actually. I wanted to choose not only an age of a donor, but I had many wishes for choosing the donor. The best base we found in BioTexCom. When we first arrived, I passed some medical examinations. When we arrived for the second time, we did the procedure. Now I’m happily pregnant. I was pregnant before, so I thought it won’t be new for me. I want to know – did anybody change the lifestyle after getting pregnant using egg donation?

Hi! I didn’t change anything. I live like usual. But before getting pregnant I had a healthy diet, didn’t smoke or drink. So, it wasn’t a problem for me. I think it depends on your lifestyle. Did the specialist tell you anything about this?

Yeah, they did. But I just wanted to chat with those people who, like me, are going through this.

I also wished for pregnancy. But I was unable to achieve it. I was run out of eggs on my own. And I am also familiar with BioTexCom clinic. It is really high professional. They help me to become pregnant. My ovaries were inaccessible for obtaining oocytes safely. Becoming pregnant, I became more calm and sensitive. And my style changed, of course. I started thinking not only about myself. You also should, I suppose.

Hello to all! I have no idea you will read this or no. As you I have opted for an egg donation in biotex. Fortunately, we are pregnant, I'm pregnant with twins and we have already done with clinic. as we were told the program is going to be done after confirmation of the pregnancy, as you know after 12 weeks of pregnancy. But we are totally satisfied with services that we got there. My babies are with me and they are healthy.
As for the lifestyle during the pregnancy, form the very beginning I was told to take pills and vitamin in order to prepare my body for the embryo transfer. Then, I was taking pills during 12 weeks and would continue to take vitamins till the end of my pregnancy. Also I started to eat only heathy food, no smoking and alcohol, a lot of vegs and fruits. A lot of rest and fresh clear water.

Hi, I'm on the first mnth of pregnancy. What can you suggest me to carry my baby healthy? My doctor gave me advice to take vitamins as А, С, Е, B9 and products which are with it. I wonder if is it something else? Additionally what about physical activity? It is said that yoga and some physical exercises are allowed but when my belly will be bigger how can I move  What about the sex with my DH? Obstacles are medical contraindications as throughout the entire pregnancy. But I feel that nothing forbid it to us
Pregnancy is a great time in a woman's life, a period of new sensations, emotions and discoveries so I hope for the best
